Origin Story

Where it all began

Managing client workflows can be complex and time-consuming, which is why we've created a platform that simplifies all touchpoints in the client lifecycle. Our goal is to help you increase engagement and trust, enabling you to take care of your clients for generations and secure their legacy with you.

DocPortal was founded by David Alexander, an ex-wealth manager who experienced the challenges of managing client workflows firsthand. David knew that in order to provide an excellent ongoing service to his clients, he needed to increase efficiency and streamline his processes. He searched for a platform that could meet his needs, but was unable to find one that provided the level of security and simplicity he required. Frustrated with the lack of options available, David decided to create his own solution.

David assembled a team of experts in software development, security, and customer service, and together they created DocPortal. Their goal was to provide a platform that could simplify workflows, increase efficiency, and provide a secure and reliable way to store and share important client documents. With DocPortal, David was able to provide his clients with an exceptional level of service, while also freeing up his time to focus on growing his business.
